ABOUT

The Tipsy Trailer is vintage horse box trailer thats been beautifully and sympathetically converted into a mobile wine bar.  Its purpose is to work with a number of local suppliers to help support and build the recognition of these amazingly delicious local wines and celebrate the local artisanal skills of the Cornish and South West wine producers.

I grew up in Cornwall, eventually leaving to travel and attend university and then did what so many others do - made a beeline for London and worked in an office job for a good number of years.  I loved living and even working in London, I even didn't hate the commute - all that much, although it helped me recognise and appreciate how lucky I was to grow up in such a beautiful part of the country with such a creative and industrious population.

In 2020 I took advantage of fully remote work as a result of COVID and migrated back to the South West, eventually making it back to Cornwall in 2024.  Having arrived back "home" I felt the urge to do something a little different, and so with my love of good wine, supporting local trade and well... being social, The Tipsy Trailer was born.
